Use a wash rag, sponge, hands or any other gentle exfolator with this soap. Apply 1/2 TSP to wet skin and massage each area in a cirular motion for 20-40 seconds. Rinse wet with warm water and be sure to moisturize before your skin dries! We reccomened our Chamomile Vitamin E Oil and/or Whipped Shea Butter bepending on your skin type and hyperpigmentaion.
